1st Pride Precedes the Fall!

Pride – Trusting in Yourself that You Are Right while viewing others with Contempt!

1 Corinthians 12:3 I say to everyone among you not to think more highly of Himself than he ought to think!

1 Corinthians 10:12 Therefore Let him who thinks He stands take heed that he does not fall!

Galatians 6:3 For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he deceives himself!

• He is Not Righteous! He is Not Right with God!

Galatians 3:11 Now that no one is justified by the Law before God is evident; for the Righteous man, by faith will Live!

• He is Not Right With His Neighbor! (If you have contempt towards your neighbor, take heed, you are about to fall!)

1 John 3:10 By this the children of God and the children of the devil are obvious: Anyone who does not practice righteousness is of God, nor the one who does not love his brother. 15 Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him. We know love by this that He laid down His life for us; and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

Humility – Not trusting in your self that you are righteous. Having a clear view of the Holiness of God and your life without God!
