World can be the world, the universe, the inhabitants of the earth, men the human family and it can mean the ungodly multitude the whole mass of men alienated from God and therefore hostile to the cause of Christ.

Love Covers a Multitude of Sins 1 Peter 4:8; James 5:20
Love Forgives, Releases and Forgets:
Love Does No Wrong to His Neighbor: Romans 13:10
Love of Christ Controls Us: 2 Corinthians 5:14
Love is Patient, Kind, unprovoked, Does not take into an account a wrong suffered, Love is never rude, Love bears all things, hopes all things endures all things: Love Never Fails: 1 Corinthians 13

3rd That Whosoever Believes in Him will Never Perish but have Everlasting Life.
