Thursday Mid-Day – Jesus’ disciples prepare for the Passover Matthew 26:19 And the disciples did as Jesus had directed them, and they prepared the Passover.

6pm Jesus begins the “Last Supper” Luke 22:14

8pm Jesus leads his disciples to the Garden of Gethsemane Luke 22:39-40

9pm – 3am – Jesus is betrayed by Judas and arrested by soldiers. 

Friday 6am Jesus is taken in front of the Sanhedrin and sent to Pilate
Luke 22:66; 23:1

7pm Jesus stands trial in front of Pilate and sent to Herod Antipas
Luke 23:6-7

8am – Jesus stands before Herod Antipas and is mocked

Luke 23:11 Herod with his soldiers treated him with contempt and mocked him; then, arraying him in gorgeous apparel, he sent him back to Pilate. 8:30 a.m. – 

Jesus is brought back to Pilate and tries to release him

Luke 23:14 “You brought me this man as one who was perverting the people; and after examining him before you, behold, I did not find this man guilty of any of your charges against him.”

9am – 10am Jesus is scourged and then starts the ascent to Mount Calvary
12am-3pm – Jesus Nailed to the Cross and Hangs for Three Hours.

The Last Words of Jesus:

¬ As All Words of Jesus are Words Eternal Life!

John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

¬ Are Words to Live By!

Matthew 4:4 Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

A Few Things to Consider!

1st The Way of Forgiveness – The Greatest Word when we are in need of forgiveness, but sometimes not so great when we are the one who Needs to Forgive!

4th When You Keep Entrusting Your Life and Circumstances to Jesus You Will Live Right and Speak Right! 1 Peter 2:21-25

5th This is Who We Are in Christ: Forgiven, Forgiving and Un-Offendable!

Colossians 1:13 For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of Sins!

ϖ You Are Forgiving Because Jesus Forgave You! Romans 5:6-10

A Prayer of Forgiveness! (Removing Hurt, Anger and Resentment)

“Father, I confess that I have struggled un-forgiveness towards ___________ who has hurt and disappointed me. I have grieved over this hurt and confess that it is a wound in my heart. As a result I have Held anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness in my heart. This is sin! I ask that you forgive me for the anger, bitterness and wrath I have walked in. I know that on my own I could never forgive ______________, but I know that you can through me. So right now, by an act of my will and according to your spirit, I choose to forgive _______for_______ and release him/her of the debt. I will no longer walk in agreement with anger, bitterness and un-forgiveness. In the name of Jesus I put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the flesh. I choose to put on love. Thank you, Lord for forgiving me. And as you have forgiven, so I will forgive. Thank you for this power, thank you for this freedom, In the name of Jesus! Amen!
