1st Question: Have Begun This Race?

Your Faith! What You Believe About the Work of Christ! Ephesians 2:1-10

Romans 10:9 If you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised from the dead you will be saved.

2nd Question: How You Know You Are in the Race?

1 John 5:13 These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.

You are Now Aware of Sin & Righteousness: 1 John 1:5-9

You Keep His Word! 1 John 2:1-6

You Love Your Brother: 1 John 2:7-11

You No Longer Love the World or the Things of The World:
1 John 2:15-17

You Are Totally Christ Directed: 1 John 3:1-3

Hebrews 12:2 Fixing our eyes on Jesus the author and perfector of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God

You Practice Righteousness : 1 John 3:4-12

Practicing Righteousness, Producing Good Fruit

Matthew 12:33 Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or make the tree bad and its fruit ad; for the tree is known by its fruit.

Luke 6:43 For there is no good tree which produces bad fruit, nor, on the other hand, a bad tree which produces good fruit.44 “For each tree is known by its own fruit. For men do not gather figs from thorns, nor do they pick grapes from a briar bush.45 “The good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth what is good; and the evil man out of the evil treasure brings forth what is evil; for his mouth speaks from that which fills his heart.

You Love the Brethren: 1 John 3:13-20

John 13:34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
