• It Spreads! (Deuteronomy 20:8)
Why Are You So Timid? You are Lacking in Faith!
1st Your Lack of Faith in the Promises of God!
Believe, What Jesus Promises, Jesus Delivers! 35
What did Jesus say? “Let’s Go to the Other Side!”
• Ultimately, The Other Side of Eternity!
“Our Journey in Christ is Certain!”
1 Thess. 5:24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass!
Romans 8:30 and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom he called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified!
2 Thessalonians 2:14 It was for this He called you through our gospel, that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ!

The Promise of Godly Character! Romans 8:29 For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren;
The Promise of Rest! Matthew 11:28 “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.
The Promise of Peace! John 16:33 “These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage I have overcome the world!
2nd Your Lack of Faith in the Presence of God!
Listen! Jesus is in the Boat! Quit Acting Like Jesus is not in the Boat! Quit Acting like Jesus is not in Your Life! Quit Acting Like Jesus does not have this! He has it!
The Promise of His Presence: Isaiah 43:1-4
Hebrews 13:5 I will never desert you, nor will I ever forsake you!
Psalm 16:11 You Will make known to me the path of life; in your presence is fullness of joy; In Your right hand there are pleasures forever.
3rd Your Lack of Faith In the Character and Power of God!
We Believe He Cares for us, So We Press On! 1 Peter 5:6-10
• Humble Yourselves Under God’s Mighty Hand!
• Cast All Your Anxiety On Him! – He cares For You!
• Be Sober and Be Alert – Your Enemy is about!
• Resist Him Firm In Your Faith!
• Know that You Are Not Alone in Your Trial!
• The Journey’s End is Near! Eternal Glory! God Perfecting, Confirming, Strengthening and Establishing You!
Psalm 27:13 I would have despaired unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living! 14 Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the lord!
1 Timothy 1:6 For this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. 7 For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline!
This is who we are and what we Have!
