Food: Quit Worrying About What You Are Going to Put in Your Mouth and How You are going to get it!
26:Look at the birds of the air! They Do Not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth much more than they? You Are Much more valuable to Him than birds!

Health: Quit Worrying About Your Health!
27 And who of you by being worried can add a single hour to His life:

Clothing: Quit Worrying About What You Are Going to Put On Your Body!
28-29 Look at the lilies of the field! They do not toil nor do they spin, But if God so clothes the grass of the field which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you of Little faith
