This Is Christmas! Isaiah 9:1-7

Luke 2:7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son; and she wrapped Him in cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.

Luke 2:11 for today in the city of David there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord!

Genesis 3:15 I will put enmity between you and the woman, between your seed and her seed; He shall crush you on the head and You shall bruise Him on the heel!

Christ The Light, Our Presence, Our Victor Defeats the Gloom, Anguish, Contempt and Darkness in our Lives!

Jesus! The Light Defeats the Darkness! (verse 2)

John 1:5 The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness
did not comprehend it.

Love the Light! John 3:16-20
Follow the Light! John 8:1-12
Believe the Light!

John 12:35-36 So Jesus said to them, ” For a little while longer the Light is among you. Walk while you have the Light, so that darkness will not overtake you; he who walks in the darkness does not know where he goes. 36 “While you have the Light, believe in the Light, so that you may become sons of Light.”

2. Jesus! God’s Presence Defeats all Anguish! (verse 3)

3. Christ Our Victor Defeats the Adversary!

Isaiah 51:11-17

Our Wonderful Counselor – He will lead you in the way you should go!

Our Mighty God! – He does great things! A God who is great!
Eternal Father! – No more rejection! Beloved of God!
Prince of Peace! –

No More Gloom! Believe it! No More Anguish! Believe It! No More Darkness! Live it! No More contempt!
