God’s Word Makes Happy!
Psalm 19:8 The Precepts of the Lord Are Right, Rejoicing the Heart!
Oh The Things That Make Us Happy? Jonah 4:1-11
I. God’s Word!
2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching for reproof, for correction for training in righteousness: that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work!
1 Peter 1:24 For All Flesh is Like grass and all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers and the flower falls off but the word of the Lord endures forever. And this is the word which was preached to you.
Romans 10:17 So faith comes from hearing, and haring by the word of Christ!
John 17:17 Sanctify them I the truth; Your word is truth!
John 8:32 You will know the truth and the truth will make you free

II. The Happy and Blessed! Psalm 1:1-5
Deuteronomy 28:2 “And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you will obey the LORD your God.
Luke 11:28 But He said, “On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and observe it.”
John 13:17 “If you know these things, you are blessed if you do them.
1. They Know There Is Not Alternate Route To Find Life!
No Walking in the Counsel of the Wicked:
No Standing in the Path or Dwelling of Sinners
No Sitting at the Seat Scoffers
2. They Delights In God’s Word!
Psalm 119:41-50 – Again, it’s what makes you happy!
3. They Do Not Stop Thinking About God and His Word!
Notice the Definition of A Happy and Blessed Person!
He’s Firmly Planted!
He’s Fruitful!
He’s Consistent!
He’s Always Prospering In the Ways of God!
Your Response to God’s Word!
• Believe the Word. 2 Thessalonians 2:8-12
• Read and Study the Word. 2 Timothy 2:15
• Know the Word. John 8:31-34
• Speak the Word to One Another. Ephesians 4:25
• Obey the Word. Matthew 7:24-28
The Reward For Keeping God’s Word! Proverbs 3:1-35
• He Will Add Days and Years To Your Life! (1)
• Added Peace! (1)
• You Find Favor and Good Repute From God and Man!
• He Will Make Your Paths Straight!
• You Will Receive Healing and Refreshment! (8)
